STUDIO A
Studio A measures approximately 500 sq ft with 9 ft ceilings. This is a versatile shooting space with bright white walls and numerous windows that provide an abundance of natural light especially at the latter half of the day. Feel free to play off the space as it is for a lifestyle vibe, or choose from a selection of backdrops.
Included with your rental is access to a black, white or gray seamless (additional colors available for a small fee), as well as a blush toned canvas. The studio also comes equipped with black-out curtains when more control over your lighting is preferred. The best time for natural light photographers is from noon to one hour before sunset.
STUDIO B
Studio B is bright, airy and elegant.
This suite is flooded with beautiful natural light throughout the day.
It is the perfect setting for sessions such as: boudoir, newborn, maternity, baby and intimate family shoots. Studio B is also suitable for a variety of commercial productions.
The decor includes a full sized vintage bed, a velvet chesterfield couch, an antique victorian sofa, floor to ceiling sheers, blackout curtains and other accent pieces including floral arrangements, furry rugs and fashionable chairs.
All items are easily moved and swapped for your desired aesthetic. The best time for natural light photographers is morning to 2 hours before sunset.
WORKSTATION + LOUNGE
Beautiful well-lit lounge complete with a comfy chairs, a couch, coffee table and two workstations with Apple iMac computers.

We have a variety of vintage to contemporary chairs, along with a clothing rack,
kitchen and two restrooms (one serving as a makeup and changing room).
We also have a variety of seamless backdrops and *strobes to add-on to your rental.
