Rhythmic Dance with Dori!✨

 

Did you know: Our rhythm receptors are fully formed when we are born. This means we are fully attuned to rhythm before anything else. When we move rhythmically, we tap into our authentic selves and are given the opportunity to become liberated from anything that has covered our innate, unique power. Since we also renew and rewire the nervous system through movement, general bodily movement can reinvigorate our present and our future. ✨

 

With this in mind, join us for an evening of embracing being alive by enjoying and moving our bodies. Through a fusion of somatic expression, intentional breathing, creative yoga sequencing, and intuitive rhythmic movement, we will come home to ourselves and explore how moving in response to rhythm cultivates a sense of safety, sovereignty, connection, and freedom. After a conscious return to our body and breath through guided invitations from Dori, we will then finish the evening with free movement and dancing to soulfully curated music. This is a wonderful opportunity to cultivate a sense of both belonging and beingness through exploring self expression and acceptance within the larger container of a supportive community. ✨
