Join us for an evening of voice and body activation through the simple exercises of vocal toning, affirmations and sound.

 

Let the science of sound awaken and alchemize your mind, body and soul while liberating your authentic expressions and experiment with sonic sound vibration.

 

We invite the evidence supported healing powers of sound vibration to adjoin you on your reset, recalibration and healing journey.

 

We will start with intention setting and vocal toning activity to open your throat chakra and end with a soundbath session bringing balance to each energy center.

 

Important note:

Class starts PROMPTLY at 6:30!

MUSE does not offer mats, nor any other props, so PLEASE BRING YOUR MAT/BLANKET/PAD.  Feel free to also bring any other items you'd like to enhance your comfort! ✨
