River Flow Yoga ✨

You are invited to experience the transformative power of River Flow Yoga with us on the second Wednesday of every month. This is a unique and immersive journey, combining the flowing movements of yoga with the enchanting sounds of native drum and flute, led by a MUSE favorite, River Galindo.

Class Description:

Drawing inspiration from nature and the wisdom of indigenous cultures, River's teaching style embodies fluidity, grace, and introspection. As you move through the asanas (poses), you'll be accompanied by the captivating melodies of native drum and flute, enhancing your connection to the present moment and allowing you to deepen your practice.

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. 

River creates a welcoming and inclusive environment, encouraging each participant to explore their unique journey and embrace the healing power of yoga. Whether you seek physical strength, mental clarity, or spiritual growth, River Flow Yoga offers a holistic approach that nurtures your well-being on multiple levels.

MUSE does not offer mats, nor any other props, so PLEASE BRING YOUR MAT.  Feel free to also bring any other items you'd like to enhance your comfort! ✨
